March 2026 issue
Small Claims Helper app release is coming later this month
We are preparing to release the Small Claims Helper app later in March 2026. The aim is simple: give self-represented users one place to move from early research into actual case preparation without juggling scattered notes, court pages, and separate tools.
The release builds on the strongest parts of the site already live today. That includes the eligibility quiz, supported-state guides, filing-step walkthroughs, evidence checklists, demand letter generator, damages calculator, settlement calculator, opening statement builder, hearing guide, witness prep resources, and post-hearing pages for collection and appeals.
We are also tightening the broader workflow around those resources: case management, calendar and deadline tracking, document organization, court directory access, translation support, export tools, and desktop access. The goal is not just to publish information, but to keep the practical steps together so users can actually act on them.
